What will I get to try?
We agree that together before work begins. It may be a proof of concept, a functioning prototype or, where the scope allows, a complete solution for trial. We make clear what is included, what you can evaluate and what would still be needed for production use.
Is the build and trial really free?
Yes, for the engagement we agree as free. You pay nothing for that build and trial, whether or not you buy. We define the included work, revisions, hosting and any AI or third-party usage allowances upfront. Additional work or extended usage needs a separate agreement; there is no retrospective bill for the promised free work.
How long does the trial last?
We agree a practical trial period, the users and workflows involved, the support included and a decision date before we start. The timing depends on the solution and what you need to evaluate. Any extension is agreed together.
What happens to the software and my data?
During the trial, ZENZBL retains ownership of the software it creates and provides trial access with ZENZBL branding. If you buy, the agreed project IP, source code and handover transfer after full payment, with your branding as agreed. Pre-existing and third-party components remain subject to their licences. Your data, confidential information, branding and existing IP remain yours throughout.
What if I decide not to buy?
You can decline even if the agreed evaluation criteria are met. You owe nothing for the agreed free engagement, and trial access ends. ZENZBL retains the IP it owns; your confidential information stays protected. We agree how your data will be returned or deleted when the trial closes.
What happens after purchase?
We agree any remaining delivery, handover and support with you. Hosting, maintenance, training, ongoing AI usage and future changes are identified upfront where relevant, so you can see both the purchase price and the ongoing costs.
